I hope everyone had a great weekend. We went to the campground and it was relaxing. It rained Friday and Saturday so the first two days were just wet and muddy but the weather was great yesterday. My youngest really enjoys it out there and was so happy to see all her friends from last year. We usually go every weekend during the summer. It is like a small community out there and it is our home away from home. If anyone has any great camping recipes, I would love for you to share them. I normally make a yummy chicken marinade and we eat it once every weekend. I'm always looking for something different to make on the grill.
